Uses
Fresh and Silk Flower Arrangements: Tropic Crystals are ideal for use in fresh flower arrangements in a crystal cut vase. Mix the polymer according to the preparation instructions. Allow crystals to completely hydrate in a separate container before adding to a vase for floral arrangements. Layer your favorite colors for stunning effects.
Tropicals, Cactus, & other water baring Plants including; Lucky Bamboo Plants (curly & straight Stalks Only: Safe to put bamboo directly into the Tropic Crystals, then add a little distilled or rain water to your container to start with, but, don’t worry after that for a while because the crystals will water the plant for months.
Floating Objects: Tropic Crystals make a beautiful centerpiece. Simply fill a glass container (such as a brandy snifter) halfway with the hydrated polymers. Add a candle and place on a mirror for extra shimmer.
Ice/Heat Packs: Tropic Crystals can be used as reusable ice or heat packs. Mix the polymer according to the preparation instructions. Allow crystals to completely hydrate and place in a plastic baggie (e.g. zip-lock or heat sealed). Place the baggie in the refrigerator/freezer or microwave for desired application.
Cleansing Crystals: If your polymer crystals become discolored or cloudy, simply empty into a colander or strainer and thoroughly rinse with warm or hot water and drain before reusing. Do not dispose of product through drains.
They are reusable & The Tropic Crystals near the top of your container will slowly shrink as they water for you, because Crystal Accents are on a time release. Every few week or so, just either slowly pours fresh water over the smaller crystals (repeat again after a few hours until they reabsorb the water and grow back to their beginning size).
