Web Page Design Packages and Fees
Single Page Plan
This plan consists of a one-page Web site that includes your company logo, email link,
text and contact information. You will be registered with the most frequently used search engines. Fee ..... $150.00 which includes the setup and design fees, plus the following:
- One personal or business card Web page (approx. 8 x 10 in size) with up to 50
lines of your text.
- Two scanned images
- Links to other Web pages or web sites
- Stock background
- Maximum (200) words of text (supplied on diskette)
- Links to external web pages (maximum of 3)
- Colorful lines, bullets, bar and backgrounds
- Email response link to your email account.
- Installation of pages to your ISP's host computer
- One floppy disk(s) containing all Web site files. Sent by postal service.
- Email/phone consultation (Up to 1 hour web design consultation. Telephone
long distance charges are in addition to package rates quoted.)
- One additional Web page add...$100
Brochure Plan
This package entails:
Up to six pages, including your company logo, email link, text, and contact
information. You will be registered with the most frequently used search engines.
Fee ........ $500.00 which includes the setup and design fees, plus the following:
- Graphic or collage on 1st page
- Graphic (simple) for all other web pages
- Maximum (1,200) words of text (supplied on diskette)
- Links to external web pages (maximum of 20)
- Colorful lines, bullets, bar and backgrounds
- Email response link to your email account.
- Installation of pages to your ISP's host computer
- Floppy disk(s) containing all Web site files. Sent by postal service.
- Email/phone consultation (Up to 2 hours Web design and marketing consultation. Telephone long distance charges are in addition to package rates quoted.)
- Additional Web pages add...$50 each
- One update of your Web site per month (minor changes only)
Premium Plan
This package entails:
Up to 12 pages, including your company logo, email link, text and contact
information. You will be registered with the most frequently used search engines.
Fee ....... $800.00 which includes the setup and design fees, plus the following:
- 6-12 Web pages with your text
- Up to 25 links to other web pages or Web sites
- Submission of your URL address to 6 search engines
- A counter on your home page displaying the number of visits to your Web site
- Up to 8 scanned images
- Custom background
- Graphic or collage on 1st page
- Graphic (simple) for all other web pages
- Maximum (3,500) words of text (supplied on diskette)
- Links to external Web pages (maximum) 40
- Colorful lines, bullets, bar and backgrounds
- Email response link to your email account
- Installation of pages to your ISP's host computer
- CD disk(s) containing all Web site files. Sent by postal service.
- Email/phone consultation (Up to 3 hours Web design and marketing consultation. Telephone long distance charges are in addition to package rates quoted.)
- Additional Web pages add... $45 each page.
- One update of your web site a month (minor changes only)
Optimum Plan
This package is for the company that wants to out source as much as possible of their
Web site services. This may or may not include handling their email. All the services
above and below are available for this plan at a flat hourly rate on a case by case basis.
Additional Services

- Graphic Design $50.00 per hour

- Delivery of a CD containing all Web package files via postal service. $20.00
- Additional Expenses 20% over cost for all accounts
- Mileage No Charge up to 15 miles.$0.50/mile over 15 miles.
- Travel Time No Charge up to 15 minutes.$25/hour over 15 minutes.
- Phone support is available for all applicable services. No charge for calls under
10 minutes. For calls over 10 minutes, there will be a minimum charge of 30
minutes at the applicable rate of $65.00 per hour.
- For on-site support, there is a minimum charge of 30 minutes at the applicable rate
of $65.00 per hour.
- Web Site Maintenance - After your site is online, we can provide monthly
maintenance of the site, including checking links to be sure they are valid,
and changing text and graphics as necessary.
- We'll upload your site. In addition to designing your web site, our services
include assisting you in selecting a reliable and affordable web hosting service
for your site, uploading your site onto the selected Web host's server, ensuring
your site is functioning properly.
- Our rates are very reasonable. We will give you an idea of how much it will cost
you to have your site hosted on the Web by a commercial Web hosting service,
and I will tell you about the other hosting options available to you.
- Consultation Up to 2 hours consultation with client concerning site design.
- Text is supplied by the client on diskette or by email.
- Custom graphic packages include a custom-designed theme logo, incorporating
your company logo, top-of-page graphic, line, bullet, text, background. Additional
custom graphics billed at $50 per hour. Placement of multiple or large photos is
not recommended due to download time. We suggest additional short pages.
- Advertised to approximately 15 Web search engines and directories using SubmitIt
(free version).
- Updating: Up to two hours per Web site over the first six months of the contract.
- Web pages only include text, graphics and links. For more advanced features (java, javascript, animated gifs, etc.) our design rate is $65.00 per hour.
- Payment. Fees are paid in the following manner: 50% upon signing this contract,
balance when the Web site has been constructed according to the client's original
written specifications. If the total amount of this contract is less than $500 US
Five hundred ($500.00) dollars US, the total amount shall be paid upon signing this contract.
- Prices quoted are in US funds, and are subject to change without notice. Prices are
held only by means of a signed contract and an appropriate deposit.
